Had a blast playing Midsouth Band’s album release party at the Bolton Barn last night. I’ve been blessed to work with some great songwriters & musicians. Makes my job so much easier when there’s a great song to play on!

Went to a wonderful memorial service today for my friend Mark Daniel. His daughter Abby did a great job honoring her dad, & it was amazing reminiscing up with friends I haven’t seen in almost 40 years!! Once I got back home, I finally located an old demo tape of our band, the Spoonbenders, from about 1991 or ‘92. Here’s one of the songs; this one was primarily Mark’s creation, we just added the icing to his cake. Such a creative dude. I’ll miss you buddy; fly high! (photo by Matt Storey).
